Yeah Yeah, had to send this cause it's what I think of a non typical love story...hah! Oh and we aren't no candy ass stripper trailer pullin bikers or own a ride and put 500 miles on every 3 years, nope not us, 500 miles a weekend is more like it!! But I smell better..hah!!
After what was like 8 years of (my guy) dating all the wrong women, and myself hell I just married all the wrong men, my boyfriend and I finally met. If it wasn't for my riding a Harley we probably wouldn't have. He just bought a 2005 HD Softail Heritage Classic the end of 2004 and I've had a 2002 HD 883 Sporty. Well we both went on one of those dating sites, I got nothing but a bunch of loser emails until this guy emails me about how cool he thought it was that I rode and owned my own Harley and I thought wow this guys rides and is cute but most important has a sense of humor too. We got to chatting and since we were both going to a Toy run at the Cache Creek Bingo (Nov 2005) we decided to meet and say hello. We went, met, chatted, then rode off on our seperate ways. He emailed me later and said he thought I had the softest face that should be touched often, well that got me hooked.

Of course I thought he was out of my league, him being an independant financial advisor who makes his own hours and owns property in Key West and Kaui and the most beautiful home and myself just a 4 day a week working gal for what he can make in a month. In Dec of 2005 he was at one of his places in Kaui and I hadn't heard from him and thought well that's that, then he called me from Kaui from the beach and asked me for a date. We went on our first date Dec 23 05 and have been together since. That late Dec we started riding the Softail whenever we could then on January 20th 06 he bought a 2006 Screamin Eagle Fatboy and I rode the Softail from then on. I do ride the Fatboy when we take his son with us on rides which he loves. Since then between the both of us we've clocked about 7000 miles on the bikes and now he's working with Carl Bourhard on having a custom bike built. He didn't think he'd ever own one Harley let alone 2 and then a custom built one. He's more the exotic car guy with a 1988 Ferrari and a 2006 Porsche Cayanne Twin Turbo SUV.

I truly believe that if I didn't ride we wouldn't have met since when on that singles site he was searching for Harley riders and he found me, plus of all the 8,000 women he's dated (his joke) I'm the first in my county...haha and now his last. Our difference in $$ status doesn't make a difference to us, we spoil eachother any and everyway we can and as it turned out we love all the same things and places and especially the love to ride. I don't ride my Sporty much anymore but I think God that I got her or I wouldn't have met this awesome guy. |
Well that's my story and I'm sticking to it, and yes it's la ove story but wanted to share it cause it's never to late to find that one special person that you just somehow know inside yourself that they are the one you are going to spend your life with. We are both in our early forties and are looking forward to no less than forty years together...hah! By then our wheelchairs will be pipped out with Screamin Eagle pipes and we'll be rippin down the sidewalks yellin "out of our way"!!

the wind, on your scoot or doing the biker thing and write something about yourself, your
lifestyle, your travels, your thoughts on being a biker, whatever. If you look like a biker, act like a biker, smell like a biker and ride like a biker, we will use
it. Include your mailing address, and if we use your submission we will send you some cheap ass gift that most likely will promote BikerCrap. Now how is that for a deal?
