How can I place an order?
You can place an order using our on-line shopping cart and automated checkout system. If for some reason you can not use this system then please contact us and we will work out another option.
How can I pay for my order?
If you are using our shopping cart and automated check out system, you can select from a number of credit card options including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We can also receive payment through your PayPal account. If you wish to pay using a cashiers check, personal check, business check, official bank check or money order, please read payment methods for terms and conditions.
Is payment through the web site secure?
It most certainly is. We utilize an industry standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to transmit your credit card information.
How do I know my order has been received?
You will receive an automated email reply, to the email address you provided on your order, once our system has received your order.
When will my order be processed?
Typically, if we receive payment approval, for your order, before 2:00pm PST on a normal business day, we try our best to process your order that same business day and have it ready for pick-up the next business morning. Of course, during certain seasons and if we receive a high volume of orders unexpectedly, it may take a bit longer. In any event, your order should be processed for shipment within two (2) business days from receipt of payment approval for your order.

What if I want to change my order or cancel it all together?
Our customers are our most valuable commodity and we do not want you to have to “get stuck” with merchandise if you change your mind. However; (there is always a however) once your order process begins, we start to incur costs and consuming people-hours. Can I return an item just because?

How do I use store credit?
Store credit can be applied to any purchase. Shop and checkout just as you normally would. In the checkout process simply write “Please use my Store Credit” in the special instructions box. As we do not keep your account with us “live”, for security reasons, we must manually apply your store credit. If you are paying through PayPal, we will make the store credit correction to your order before we send you a PayPal invoice. If you are using a credit card, it will be charged for your entire purchase and then we will adjust the charge to reflect your store credit amount. Please note, store credit can not be applied to shipping and handling or sales tax.
How long is my store credit good for?

When can I expect my refund?

If I sign up for your monthly newsletter, will I start receiving mail from advertisers and e-marketers?
